Blogs

  • The Huffington Post: Mommytracking
    • The Huffington Post has an interesting article about Mommytracking – or a career path that allows pregnant women or new moms to reduce their hours and workload at the cost of their advancement. Our generation apparently wants nothing of it, and there are plenty of examples of Millennial Moms kicking butt and taking names. My personal favorite (even if she’s a Gen X’er): Amber MacArthur.
  • MediaPost – Why You Should Get Caught Twittering At Work
    • MediaPost has some good articles from time to time that are relevant for Millennials. This one seems pretty good – or at least a decent excuse for when your boss walks in and catches you OMGing about every last WTF moment on Twitter.

Books

  • The One Minute Manager
    • One of my favorite books on leadership, delegation, and berevity. Definitely worth the read.
