When she finished university and moved to the UK to do her master's degree, she realized there was a huge opportunity here in Canada for a career site just for students and recent grads -- she found her first "real" job through a similar site in the UK. So, she started on the idea in 2007 and launched the company in April 2008. She's only 26, so definitely millennial!
