How To Review Your Own Resume
There are a lot of businesses out there that claim to know how to review a resume. In fact, there are a lot of entrepreneurs who think this is a great way to make an extra buck (even I was considering charging $50 for the service!). Show Notes:
Thanks to Jean in California!
* Like dating, you don't want to seem too needy.
* Try to set a schedule for the next step before you leave the interview.
* E-mail your interviewer the same day and thank them, or call them if you don' t have their e-mail.
* Call back one week after your interview. Traditionally, more rejection happens after 11 AM than before.
* If you still haven't heard back, call back again one week after your first try. If you don't hear back after that, it wasn't meant to be.
